There are many places to visit today depending on your route, such as the quaint town of Hay-On-Wye which lies on the edge of the park. From here you could travel to the small market town of Llangollen.

Spend some time in the picturesque Betws-y-Coed, nestled in the heart of Snowdonia. Why not travel next to the island of Anglesey? It features long stretches of coastline that have been declared Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Today you will find the busy market town of Caernarfon. The imposing medieval Castle, built by Edward the 1st, dominates the town and has well-deserved UNESCO World Heritage status. Why not book yourself onto the Snowdonia Mountain Railway this afternoon?
