My name is Janice. My husband, Derrick and I recently returned from your Manor Coach Tour. We have been planning this vacation for the past 2 years as a celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. Since being home for the past 4 days, we cannot stop talking about our experience. This was our ...first coach tour and it was brilliant. Again, we were not disappointed. We kept saying to each other, "Why did we wait so long???". Upon disembarking, we were starry-eyed and "gob-smacked". The vista, the history, the people, the accommodations (castles!) and food were more than we had anticipated. And then there was Martin. It was destiny. (With a name such as "Martin"). Martin Latisse is your "hidden gem". His wealth of information, particularly historical information was outstanding. He made our tour... taking us to so called "extras" whether they were or not, HE made the tour. Everything flowed smoothly and it was well-appreciated. We have spoken to many of our friends about your company and cannot say enough about it. If I could, I would personally place each and every one of our friends on one of your tours so that they too, could experience an unforgettable time of their lives. I just want to say we really enjoyed our holiday. Our tour guide Ross Tillbrook did an amazing job, he made our holiday very interesting and enjoyable. The scenery, castles and cathedrals were something we will not forget. This was our first trip to Scotland and first time with Royal Scottish Tours and I would highly r...ecommend this tour.

You may recall helping my daughter, Steph, and I plan a trip to Scotland in May. It was glorious! I said I'd give you some feedback, so here goes: Hotels - Can't say enough about the Balmoral -- from the two gentlemen that met us at the door to the front desk, to the concierge, to the staff in both restaurants -- it wa...s like everyone put their arms around us and assured us that they wanted to help us have the best time ever -- and we did! Our room was great and Number One (Michelin rated restaurant) was superb. Breakfast was served in Hadrian's and we had dinner there one evening -- fabulous. Loved the Carlton George -- great location, terrific staff, wonderful room with free mini bar restocked daily and the bathroom had a plaid ceramic tile border. Windows is the only roof top restaurant in Glasgow -- that's where they serve breakfast -- yummy! We had dinner there one night and it was lovely. I've already recommended you and your company to 7 or 8 people who are planning to visit the U.K. Thanks for all the T.L.C.,

We returned from our trip to Scotland and northern England last week. The scenery and the sites were all more impressive than we imagined, but my reason for writing is to let you know that every one of the accommodations you arranged for us was perfect. Upon our arrival at our first hotel in Glascow, there was a packag...e of information with the name and number of our local contact in case of any issues. I am pleased to say we never had to use it. Our car rental pick up was an easy walk from the hotel. The directions to each of our accommodations were clear. The locations were better than we hoped for. They were all central to where we needed to be and with easy access to public transportation. The facilities were clean and the hosts helpful.
