After breakfast, the journey continues into the Kingdom of Kerry, with the first stop being a panoramic tour of Limerick City. Explore its blend of medieval history and modern charm, including views of King John’s Castle and the River Shannon. From there, we travel to Adare, famed as one of Ireland’s most picturesque villages. Admire its charming thatched cottages and the scenic beauty of its tree-lined main street. The route then takes us through the countryside, passing through Rathkeale and Abbeyfeale, before arriving at the lively town of Killarney. Upon arrival we will head on a jaunting car ride through Killarney National Park, a quintessential Irish experience that reveals breathtaking views of the lakes and surrounding mountains. With its vibrant pubs and stunning scenery, Killarney promises a delightful stay.
This Morning, we travel to the Dingle Peninsula, a land of rugged beauty and Gaelic culture. Stop at the fishing port of Dingle, known for its colourful streets and friendly locals. As we journey around Slea Head, marvel at the Blasket Islands in the distance, once home to a vibrant Gaelic-speaking community. The day concludes with more stunning views as we return to Killarney for dinner and relaxation.
We take the short drive to the heritage town of Kenmare this morning. We then travel te ring of Kerry road back into Killarney thru’ Moll’s Gap where we visit a traditional working sheep farm. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Irish dinner and entertainment at Quill’s Farmhouse, a lively experience filled with music and storytelling.
Leaving the beauty of Kerry behind, we travel east to the historic Blarney Castle, where those feeling adventurous can kiss the famous Blarney Stone to gain the “gift of the gab.”(Optional) Afterward, the journey continues through the lush landscapes of Tipperary, with its rolling hills and verdant countryside. A stop in the medieval town of Cahir provides a chance to tour one of Ireland’s best-preserved castles, a fortress steeped in history. The day concludes in the enchanting city of Kilkenny, known for its medieval architecture and vibrant cultural scene.
Step back in time as we visit New Ross, where a replica of the Dunbrody Famine Ship offers a poignant look at the journey of Irish emigrants during the Great Famine. From there, travel to Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city, where you’ll have free time to explore its Viking past or visit the world-renowned Waterford Crystal factory(Optional). Alternatively, wander the narrow medieval streets and discover hidden gems in this historic town. The day ends back in Kilkenny, with an evening to relax and savour its welcoming atmosphere.
Travel through the Curragh of Kildare, Ireland’s premier horse breeding region, and stop at the Irish National Stud for a fascinating tour. Discover the inner workings of this iconic facility, which has produced some of the world’s finest racehorses, and enjoy the serene beauty of the Japanese Gardens. As we continue to Dublin, a panoramic tour of the capital introduces you to its historic and modern landmarks.After settling into your hotel, gather with your fellow travellers for a dinner featuring delicious Irish cuisine and spirited entertainment.
Spend the day immersed in Dublin’s rich culture and lively atmosphere. Walk the historic streets and admire landmarks like Trinity College, home to the famed Book of Kells, or explore the lush greenery of St. Stephen’s Green. Shop along Grafton Street, visit one of the city’s many museums, or pop into a cozy pub for a pint of Guinness. The evening is free to explore the city’s vibrant streets, sample its renowned nightlife, or simply relax in its welcoming ambiance.
